Session Details

Sessions are by appointment only and last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Often times kids need to break for a snack or babies need to nurse so be sure to a lot plenty of time in your schedule to ensure a relaxed, unrushed, and enjoyable experience for the child (and the parent). Most sessions are held on location. You may choose to have your session at your home, a park, or a place that is special to your family. I can also recommend a few of my favorite places. When needed the session can take place at my studio (bad weather days etc) but I prefer that we choose a place where your child is relaxed and able to play and be themselves. Believe it or not some of the best newborn captures have been taken right in the babies very own nursery that mom gave so much time and detail to. Toddlers feel most at peace in their playroom OR in mommy and daddy's bed. And older kids always prefer a park or the back yard over a stuffy studio any day.

Session Fees

Session fees are due at the time the appointment is scheduled.  I understand that occasionally things arise and you may need to reschedule your appointment, I ask that you please contact me at least 48 hours before the appointment when possible so your session fee can be applied to another date that is more convenient for you.  There is often a waiting list for appointments, so if you are unable to keep your session, please be courteous and call so someone else can.  All no show appointments will forfeit the session fees.
